It's all about the Sloths

Hey lovelies, its been a while since I posted a non design team post !

A friend of mine asked me if I could make a card for her sister and said she loved sloths...those who know me well know I LOVE sloths so I was more than happy with this.

I used Clearly Besotted Hung Up On You stamp set, which is actually on offer at the moment !

I did a slightly different size card to what I normally do, this one is 4.1/4 x 6" and I really liked working with this size. I started off stamping all the elements, including the sentiments. I then used masking fluid to mask off the sloths and used MFT Cloud stencil and Spectrum Harmony Ink in baby blue to create the clouds.

I then used Spectrum Noir Illustrators and Classique Markers to colour the sloths and elements, I got told she loved glitter so I added Studio Katia Glitter to the Butterflies and bees.

For the  card I used paper from LDRS and the glitter card strips is Crafter's Companion Glitter card cut down. I added some white gel pen details to finish the whole card off and mounted it onto the card using craft foam.

I really enjoyed making this card, I always love Clearly Besotted stamps and highly recommend checking them out if you haven't.
