Hey lovelies, super excited to be hopping with Studio Katia today to celebrate their latest realise which is another fab one.
You should have arrived here from the lovely Natalia Zubkova blog. If you get lost anywhere along the way then just head on back to the Studio Katia blog.
This is a two day hop and today is day one :)
I honestly struggled with what to create for this hop as Katia has really outdone herself with this release, not only is there some beautiful florals as always but some great seasonal sets too.
I finally settled on using the adorable Holiday Village Stamp set & the Trimming borders die set.
The sky was actually hubs idea as I asked him what sort of sky should i do and he suggested a northern pole style one so I created this with Distress Oxide inks & Acrylic paint. It was really fun to create and I hope you like it.
All the images were coloured with Polychromo Pencils and I added some white dotting the tree for "snow".
For the sentiment I shaped it around the edge of the dit cut circle for just something a little bit different.
Once Id adhered everything together I decided to use some of the new beautiful Iridescent Ice Flakes to finish the whole thing off.
On to the details of the hop....
The hop is lasting two days, today 21st September and tomorrow 22nd September
Katia is being VERY generous and offering TWO $50 CAD gift certificates on each day of the hop. There is also the chance to win a $25 CAD gift Cert for every blog on the hop...so make sure you visit everyone for a better chance to win.
Your next stop on the hop is the lovely Kristina Pokazanieva.
What has been your favourite product from the hop ?
Happy hopping :)
