Hey lovelies, I hope you are all having a great day ?
I wanted to share a card with you today created using some stamps from a new stamp company called Trinity Stamps. Now this stamp company is owned by one of my lovely friends Taniesa who is such a lovely and kind person and I wish her all the luck in the world with her new company. Which you can check out here.
The set I have used is called Let Love Grow and features some beautiful Succulent images...I am a total sucker for succulents.
I stamped the image onto some Neenah Solar white and coloured it using Polychromo Pencils and then fussy cut the piece out, I also added some white gel pen accents and put it to one side whilst I started on the background.
A short while ago I saw Tonic had come out with some shimmering pigment powders and got a couple to try....I'm now totally addicted to them and have got a couple more and now need the whole set (you guys know how it is )
The way these powders work is they are activated by moisture. You can wet card and add them, or the other way round which is what I did for this card.
I used Violet Brocade, Atlantis Burst & Blue Blitz. Now what I do love about these other than the shimmer is that they are multi tonal.
I thought the colours worked well with the succulent that I had coloured up.
This stamp set features some builder sentiments but I went for a simple Hello as I thought it would work for most occasions then. I added a piece of silver glitter card offset behind it for that extra something.
For some dimension I popped the whole piece up with some foam tape.
To finish the card off I adhered it to a grey card base and added some Studio Katia Sequins.
This was a really nice image to colour and I found it very relaxing. Make sure you head on over to Trinity Stamps and check out their other products.
Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope you have a great day.
Happy Crafting

ReplyDeleteBeautiful background for your gorgeous succulent arrangement - the kind I'd like to have, sitting in a pretty terrarium, in my house, for 'real'! I love succulents, too! How wonderful that Taniesa is a friend; I'm sure she's beyond thrilled with your fabulous showcase of this oh-so-pretty, filled-with-possibilities set!

Thank you for your lovely comment Carol. I'd adore a house full of them but we have a cat (and one of the dogs) who eats anything green so we have to be careful
ReplyDeleteYou are too kind, thank you ❤️
