Hey lovelies, a huge thank you for all your well wishes I am nearly back in the land of the living now. I hope you're all having a great week ?
It is Wednesday which means.....
Its new challenge time on Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Thank you for joining us for our last challenge.
This week the challenge is
Floral Frenzy
We are showcasing Altenew Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have them we would love to see them used.
As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a $50 gift voucher to one randomly selected winner to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store
Altenew is one of those brands I love but I tend to hoard their products, so this challenge was a great excuse to actually use some of it. My instinct was to colour one of their florals, but I decided to actually use the layering sections of the stamps as this is something I never do with layering stamps...I know i'm weird.

The Majestic blooms set is one of my favourites because the flowers are a little bit different. I used the Summer Afternoon Mini Ink Cubes to create the flower along with their black ink pad. I SHOULD have used my Misti to stamp this as i didn't line it up perfectly, but i went old school and used an acrylic block.
For the background i added some of the ink from the pads onto an acrylic block with some perfect pearl water and flicked some Yellow and Black across the piece before trimming it down to slightly smaller than an A2 card.
I then stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from Altenews You Are stamp set and assembled the card, adding some gold thread for interest.

So now it's YOUR turn to get out your crafty supplies and join in!!
Do you use Instagram ? If so please add #ssswchallenge to your challenge entry uploads so we can see them on there too !
There are fabulous Give Aways and inspiration from fabulous designers on a daily basis over on the Simon Says Stamp Blog , if you haven't subscribed by email you may want to so you don't miss out
Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope you have an amazing day.
Happy crafting.
