Hey lovelies, I hope you're having a great day.
It is new release day for Simon Says Stamp, and this release is called Best Days. You can check out the full release by clicking the banner below, or I have linked to all the items at the end of this post.
This release is another good mixed release with lots for spring/easter as well as some great dies and also some great new watercoloring sheets which i cannot wait to check out !
Simon's Picture Book dies have been so popular and this release has some new ones, I personally think the ones on this release are my favourite, especially the one I have used today.
How awesome is he ! Now I know many people will think im weird but I love Crocodiles So when i got this I couldn't wait to use him. I went for a birthday card because i thought this would make a great birthday card for a little boy. I have used Simon Card stock and inked around the edges with some Forest Moss Distress Ink.
The card base is also Simon card and I added some Fossilised Amber Distress ink behind the croc for detail.
The paper is from MFT and it looks like scales to me so i had to use it. I die cut the sentiment from some kraft card 3 times and stacked them together to give some dimension.

To finish off I couldn't resist adding googly eyes and some Nuvo Drops.
Make sure you check out the Best Day's Gallery on the Simon Says Stamp Blog. All the designers add their projects there, plus we LOVE it when you upload your work there too.
Also make sure you check out the blog this Friday and Saturday for the Best Days Blog hop. I will be taking part in the hop on Saturday and will be sharing more creations with you then so make sure you check it out.
I have listed all my supplies I have used below, as well as linking to all the products from the new release...happy shopping :)
Thank you so much for stopping by today, have a great day.
Happy Crafting

Oh too cute, Tracy--this is fabulous! I wish my Nuvo Drops came out as perfect as yours--been having trouble with many of them now, even though they were great when I first used them. Hope you're doing well--hugs, Greta
